Cartridge Coupling Elements for Machine Tools

Compact cartridge couplings for cavities in customers’ machines, designed specifically for machine tool requirements.

The coupling elements are equipped with clean-break technology that release a minimum amount of media when disconnected. Operation is versatile thanks to integrated misalignment tolerance during connection and small connection force.

Types:
57-G06, 57-G08, 57-G12, 57-G16

Pressure range:

Max. working pressure 200 bar (2900 psi)

Media:
Suitable for cooling lubricant, hydraulic clamping, blow-off air

Materials:
high-quality stainless steel (1.4104 V) combined with chemical-resistant FKM seals

Special features:

  • For depressurised connection
  • Mechanically rugged through protected seals

Features Series 85

Pressure range:
Max. clamping pressure 240 bar (3480 psi)

Media:
Suitable for all common hydraulic oils

Materials:
high-quality case-hardened steel, oil-burnished, combined with robust seals made of FKM / P

Special features:

  • Ultra short couple stroke
  • Prevents dirt ingression due to encapsulated seals
  • Easy to connect even against residual pressures up to 40 bar, 580 psi (coupling to adaptor); 60 bar, 870 psi (adaptor to coupling)
