Hydraulic clampic system

To increase productivity, modern machine tools use exchangeable pallets for tools and devices. The supply of the hydraulic clamping system is therefore an important aspect. During the change process, the hydraulic oil supply must be disconnected and reconnected quickly – ideally without loss of oil, and without air intake.

WALTHER-PRÄZISION has developed quick-fit coupling elements (types 57 and 85) especially for such applications.
These hydraulic quick couplings are suitable for direct installation in exchangeable pallets. They do not have locking systems of their own, and so the coupled position is ensured by the machine components into which these coupling elements are integrated.
Locking hydraulic couplings from the HP series are ideal for the energy supply for stationary clamping cylinders.
