Direct connection onto customer-specific shapes

Direct connection – quick couplings are designed to fit adaptors which are already in place on the customer’s site, and therefore to connect perfectly to its hose tailpieces/nozzles or hose-connecting sleeves. The coupling and locking technology is specially adapted to the shape and tolerances of the on-site connections (adaptors).

Practical example: Fuel coupling in the series testing of combustion engines. A stationary, flexible fuel pipeline with a direct connection quick coupling is directly coupled to the hose nipple on the engine for engine testing.
For other media, e.g. refrigerants for vehicle air conditioning systems, such couplings can be used for testing and filling.
